There are 2 types of uprights:
SLIP-FIT UPRIGHTS
These uprights work with Slip-Fit Bases only. The hollow opening in the bottom of the upright slides over the pin attached to the base. Our Standard Slip-Fit Uprights have fixed heights : 3', 6' and 8'. Our Telescoping Slip-Fit Uprights come in sizes ranging from 5' to 20' tall and in two diameters : 1½" and 2".
The Slip-Fit System is recommended if you are looking for a quick set up and take down time. These uprights come with a standard aluminum finish or Black Powder Coated upgrade.
SCREW-IN UPRIGHTS
These uprights fit Screw-In Bases only. The upright has a riveted, threaded end that screws into the base to create one piece. Our Standard Screw-In Uprightshave fixed heights from 3' to 8'. Our Telescoping Screw-In Uprights come in four sizes ranging from 5' to 14' tall.
The Screw-In System is an ideal and economical solution for schools, houses of worship and trade show exhibitions. The advantage to the Screw-In System, is extra stability and durability if you are planning on keeping your pipe and drape system up for long periods of time. These uprights come with a standard aluminum finish or Black Powder Coated upgrade.
